Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Fissler GmbH Customer Service, Harald-Fissler-Str. 10, 55768 Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Germany, service@fissler.com, Telephone: + 49 6781 403-100) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of cancellation online at https://fissler.com/pages/widerruf-einreichen. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return. If you use these return labels, the return is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by email. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany or Austria.
